Proposal · 22 May 2026 · Post-call · Prepared for Sam (and Jed)

Post-prod with taste.
Built for IGN Store.

You said it on the call: the freelancers do it to the letter, but there is no one thinking how this should be composed. The Rick Rubin thing, no skill except for knowing what is good. We hire for that. Drop a brief, we deliver in 3-5 business days, straight to your Slack. You stay on strategy. We make sure the asset does not look like it came off a Google Images template.

Taste. Turnaround. Slack.
Every launch, covered

What you brief Wednesday, what you get back.

What we heard on the call · 20 May

Your words, our marching orders.

“There’s no taste. It’s just a stark product on a background they pulled from Google Images.”
The freelancers execute. Nobody decides. That is the gap we fill. AI handles volume. Humans-in-the-loop decide whether the render has soul. Every asset clears a creative QC pass before it lands in your Slack.
“I am the only marketing person on the team.”
Sam, you do not need a third freelancer. You need the make-it phase off your plate. Brief Wednesday; next week's launches come back composed, copy-checked, taste-vetted. You stay on strategy and on Jed.
“Sometimes it’s unfortunately three days to prepare for a launch.”
Partners ship late. That is the job. Our standard turn is 3-5 business days from a clean brief, so even the short-notice launches still ship on time. Same brief format, same Slack channel, fewer revisions because the first pass already has taste.
“We’re looking at shifting from freelancers to AI, cloud design, stuff like that.”
Right direction. The trap is “no one thinking”: AI-generated assets with no human deciding which compositions land. We run AI underneath, with editors and QC on top. Volume of AI, eye of a senior designer.
How it works

Brief in. Ship in 3-5 business days.

Same loop every week. Predictable cadence is the point. No mystery turnaround, no per-asset invoicing, no chasing freelancers for a status update.

01

Wednesday brief drop

You drop next week's launches in our briefing form: product images, copy, placements, deadlines, partner constraints. One brief per launch. Surge weeks fine; we plan around them.

02

Editor with taste

A senior editor opens the brief and decides composition. Angle, crop, background, type treatment. Not a templated drop-on-background. The decision is the deliverable.

03

QC pass

Every asset clears an internal QC pass before it leaves: composition, copy fit, logo / font / placement. You see what passed, not what is being argued about internally.

04

Slack delivery, 3-5 days

We add you as guests to our channel. Files drop in your folder structure. Annotate revisions inline. No tickets, no portals. Google Chat stays for IGN-internal; design lives in Slack.

Three flat tiers

Pick a tier. Brief unlimited.

One flat fee per month, sized to what you actually ship. Tier 1 covers your statics + GIF needs. Tier 2 adds video. Tier 3 adds email design + HTML build. Step up when you outgrow it. No per-asset overage.

Tier 1 · Foundation
Statics + GIFs
$3K/ mo

  • Hero banners + social statics (FB, IG, X)
  • IG carousels with angle variants
  • On-site promo modules + house ads
  • Animated GIFs and social loops
  • Unlimited revisions inline in Slack
  • Video edits / Reels
  • Email design + HTML
Best fit: your current freelancer load, but with taste and same-week turnaround.
Tier 2 · Motion
Statics + GIFs + Video
$4K/ mo

  • Everything in Tier 1, plus:
  • Product video edits, Reels, short cuts
  • Sample-driven editing when product arrives
  • Variants for retail partners (Amazon A+, etc.)
  • Hero motion treatments for site + email
  • Email design + HTML
Best fit: the partners sending you product samples; you want to use the unboxing footage. The carousels you mentioned, but as Reels.
Tier 3 · Full Stack
Statics + GIFs + Video + Email
$5K/ mo

  • Everything in Tier 2, plus:
  • Email design (header, hero, body, footer modules)
  • HTML email build, wired into your ESP
  • Campaign + drip emails, briefed individually
Best fit: email is a tier-one channel for you. You said social, email, on-site. This covers all three on one fee.

Lock a tier next week.

Jed is out this week, so let's grab a 30-min slot any day next week. We will pick a tier, confirm the briefing form, add you to Slack as guests, and put a start date on it. First brief drops the Wednesday after.
